- Over 250 supervision hours to counsellors and therapists training as coaches on ‘Therapist to Coach’ programme led by Dr Trish Turner, exploring the boundaries between therapy and coaching practice, finding the modalities and offerings that work best for them.
- 121 and group supervision to 60 ex-head teacher coaches supporting leadership programmes for the Ambition Institute, working with educators in challenging schools across the UK, playing back themes to support meta-level learning and evolution of the programme over a 3-year period.
- Thought leadership to the coach supervision world through writing, acting as Chair of Association of Coaching Supervisors, designing Open Space events for supervisors to explore core question of practice in an international setting, supervision to Masters students on coaching-related research projects.
- Supervision to independent coaches and OD practitioners, taking a holistic approach to work, life, personal and professional evolution.
