Ethical Policies

As a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, EvolutionOD subscribes to and abides by their code of ethics and diversity. 

 

  • We actively seek to promote diversity and inclusion in all its forms, as a key value and enabler for resilient communities and organisations. 
  • We promote practices for self-care, well-being and mental health - organisations are only as healthy as their membership.
  • We promote awareness of environmental and social impact of client choices and behaviours, and regularly consider our own environmental and social impact.
