'Anchor and Compass' – Getting Back in Touch with You
I offer bespoke packages (both face to face and phone/skype) uniquely designed to help you get fully grounded in your body (your anchor) and to access it as a key source of wisdom in life (your compass). Through a combination of mindfulness based somatic (body) work, and coaching, we’ll explore how you can reconnect with your body – one of the truest sources of wisdom you possess, and by doing so rediscover your inner resources of self-knowing, intuition and core values.
