Critical Relationship Coaching (CRC)


The success of projects, teams and even whole organisations are often dependent on the successful working relationships between key individuals. Under pressure, it's easy for personal differences to get in the way - at best this hinders progress, and at worst it can de-rail key initiatives and lead to low engagement and 'disconnect' within the system.


CRC can be delivered via a range of interventions which may include:


  • mapping, evaluation and realignment of key relationships and working groups
  • 121 interviews with key individuals in preparation for pairs/small group work
  • coaching/mediation with pairs/small groups to air differences and agree accountability to build on a platform of shared interests
  • appreciative inquiry approaches to identify what's working, and how to get more of it
