Our approach to leadership and team development puts a high emphasis on supporting flexibility and emergence as effective responses to working with ever changing contexts, whilst also balancing inner integrity and maintaining congruence with external stakeholders and the wider field. Concepts of leadership and teamwork are fluid, and organisations  often need to develop hybrids models of both distributed leadership and well as formal leadership structures. 

 

This means that our approaches to support and development are flexible also - from traditional 121 leadership or team coachng to support specific aims, through to peer facilitation, ad hoc interventions such as one off coaching sessions, real time learning, group work, webinars etc. 

 

We can also support via building action learning / case clinic circles for participants to extend their learning and development after te formal coaching is over, apply coaching skills to each other and help harvest organisational learning.
